Jeff Mercer Resume

My names Jeff and I’m 23, a recent grad from Texas A&M University. You know those AGGIES down in Texas! Oh and yes we are kicking butt in College Basketball. I have a degree in Engineering and yet I’m still jobless and searching for a career. I blame that on the fact that I haven’t found the right job YET. So I have spare time to read lots of blogs about gadgets while i setup interview dates. I’m up-to-date with just about all the new stuff dealing with Computers, TVs, HDTV, and Vista. I’ve always wanted to run a website news blogs but never got around to it. So here goes nothing.
3 All time Favorite Gadgets:

While taking into consideration that I’m a poor college grad my most favorite gadgets are more budget minded. While I have many all time favorite gadgets, I would have to name the original Xbox as the most used. It does so much more once its modded. I mean if you have it set up right it’s a media player that you can’t live without. From streaming Movies, to Streaming Music , to watching Youtube videos of SNL skits you just can’t beat its entertainment value.

My second favorite gadget atm that gets a lot of use is my OCZ Roadster. Its 1 gig of pure USB satisfaction. I can fit all my DRM FREE music on it and take it anywhere I want to go. It has my resume, papers, PC drivers, and Firefox favorites just to name a few. I mean common you never know when you’re going to need your favorites.

Last favorite gadget is my Dell 2405 Monitor. I like totally had to sell my soul and future birthday/xmas presents for one. It’s been by far the best investment considering the amount of time I spend reading on the Internet.
